为进一步提高领事工作服务水平，自2021年5月17日起，中国驻苏黎世总领馆委托苏黎世中国签证申请服务中心代办领事认证业务。届时，请总领馆领区申请人向该中心递交认证申请，中国籍申请人在预约情况下也可向总领馆递交申请。
苏黎世中国签证申请服务中心代理领事认证业务的范围，仅限受理领事认证申请、咨询、收费、发证等业务。申请人提交的文书能否获得领事认证，由总领馆审核后决定。
驻苏黎世总领馆领区包括：
瑞士苏黎世州、卢塞恩州、圣加仑州、阿尔高州、格劳宾登州、沙夫豪森州、施维茨州、格拉鲁斯州、楚格州、内阿彭策尔州、外阿彭策尔州、图尔高州和列支敦士登公国。

Inordertoupgradeitsconsularauthentication(legalization)service,theConsulateGeneralofthePeople’sRepublicofChinainZurichwilloutsourcetheauthenticationservicetotheChineseVisaApplicationServiceCenter(CVASC)fromMay17,2021.AllconsularauthenticationapplicationsinourconsulardistrictshallbesubmittedthroughCVASCinZurich,whiletheChineseapplicantsmaychoosetosubmittheirapplicationsdirectlytotheConsulateGeneralaftermakinganappointment.
TheservicesoftheCVASCincludeansweringinquiries,receivingapplications,feescollectionanddocumentissuance.ApplicationassessmentandapprovaloftheauthenticationcertificatesremaintobedecidedbytheConsulateGeneral.
